I found the Greenlite dimming fluorescent lamps on your web site.   Can you use a standard incandesent dimmer on this lamp or do you have to have a special 100 watt dimmer?

You calculate the total wattage of the GREENLITE BULBS and match that with the total capacity of the LUTRON DIMMER CONTROL for both fluorescent and incandescent loads. The Greenlite Exclusive Fluorescent X-bulb is superior to your ordinary 60W incandescent bulb, and it only uses 15W.  In addition, it uses a standard dimmer control.
