Driveway Dilema

I need to light a residential asphalt driveway that is ~70'L x ~10'W with a "dog-leg" turn at the end.The installation of above-ground fixtures is not practical given the vehicular traffic (above-ground fixtures would not last). Is there some sort of in-ground lighting that could be utilized?Maybe something that could be recessed in the asphalt?

Unless you are illuminating some trees or foliage the use of inground fixtures along the driveway would not be aesthetically pleasing.  Here are a couple of grade level fixtures for you to consider.  You might consider suggesting that they plant some shrubs  to support some low voltage lights randomly placed along the drive.
