Converting gas lantern to 12 volt

I have a gas light that had been converted to electric with 2 12V automotive bulbs. The converter I have has failed and I can not find a replacement locally. What do you suggest? It had a photo cell at the base of the light fixture and the transformer mounts inside.

We do not offer any kits specifically designed for gas to 12 volt conversions.  However we do have replacement 12 volt transformers and sockets that be helpful.  Click here to see our selection of electronic transformers.  You can get a replacement socket at the local auto parts store.
