Hello. I didn't see this addressed in the archives. I have an outdoor lighting set, that was blinking and clicking one nite when I returned home. Any thoughts on if this is a sign of a failed transformer, or? Thanks!

If you have an HID LIGHT FIXTURE it very well may be the BALLAST OR CAPACITOR that is causing it to cycle on and off.  Try installing a working lamp from another fixture and see if that solves the problem.  If it does, buy a ballast kit.  If it does not, buy a new HID LAMP.
