Ceiling medallions for hanging chandeliers and light fixtures.

We recently purchased a new chandelier for out dining room. The existing fixtures was never centered over the table due to our furniture layout. How can we move the light over 6" without having to use a swag kit?

I would take a look at our ceiling medallions in lieu of a swag kit. They will allow you to relocate the junction box to exactly where you want it and hide the hole. This will allow you to center the fixture without having to repair the ceiling. In fact, it will look much more sophisticated than the swag kit with exposed hooks and chain. We have many styles and shapes to fit your decor.
