What is the best way to dim a outdoor motion light?

Hi, there I would appreciate your help to fix my project: I'm looking for a sensor light switch, this must be off during the day , and at night it turns on the lights to a preset level (lower level) and when it detects movement the lights come full on, after the room is vacancy the lights come to the lower level preset. Thanks your help!
