Outdoor landscape lighting kits in MR16 & MR11 sizes.
I am planning to add landscape lighting this spring. I would like to up light 3 trees ranging from a 20 Ft color beach to an 8 Ft cherry tree. I also want to up light the corners of my house. I am not certain what wattage I should use? I don't want it too bright or too dim, I was thinking of purchasing a Malibu lighting system consisting of 4 50 watt spot lights? Is this too high a wattage? Suggestions? You really don't need more than 20 or 35 watts per fixture for landscape lighting. Unless, you live near a street light or a parking lot with lot's of ambient lighting. Have you looked at out PRE PACKAGED OUTDOOR LIGHTING KITS? Everything you need comes in the box.
