Fluorescent dimming is not as easy as you think!
Will the Lutron fluorescent dimmer switch work with dimmable compact fluorescent bulbs? I was told I need a special dimmer. Thanks Some fluorescent lamps, such as those from GREENLITE have built in ballasts and will dim with standard dimmer controls. The LUTRON FLUORESCENT DIMMER SWITCH that you are looking at one works in tandem with a LUTRON ELECTRONIC DIMMING BALLAST.
