What can you tell me about calculating voltage drop and loop wiring methods?

I've got an 80 ft run that I want to use 12/2 DIRECT BURIAL WIRE for 120 watts of load (6 fixtures). If I use a loop wire circuit (at the end of the run) How can I calculate the voltage drop? Or is there any?
