Parking lot light, tamper proof light, outdoor security lighting fixture & parking light.

I own some condominiums that have a common carport for the tenants to park their cars. The light fixtures under the carports are always getting broken, damaged or they are always burnt out. Do you have any vandalproof fixtures that would attach to my carports to make my tenant's happy?
