Exhaust fan, Nutone vent fans, Panasonic exhaust fans, bathroom vents & ventilation systems.

My builder and I have a disagreement over a bathroom ventilation system for my new home. He wants to install exhaust fans in every bathroom and I want to set up a central ventilation system using a remote duct mount fan motor. Do you have any thoughts?

Installing a REMOTE DUCT MOUNT EXHAUST FAN is a the Cadillac of exhaust systems. That is because you have to set up a large duct that will channel the unwanted air or moisture from several bathrooms to the outside of the house, which can be expensive.
Having said that, I think it is still a great idea to consider this exhaust method over individual fans. I think it is quieter and more efficient to pull the air, rather than push the air.
