Solar landscape lights, low voltage lighting fixtures, low voltage transformers

I have several solar Malibu lights that, despite new batteries and ample sunlight, are not illuminating. Do the solar panels wear out? They are about three years old. Thank you.

I am not a big fan of solar lights. Do yourself a favor and install some real PATH LIGHTS with a MAGNETIC TRANSFORMER. Once you bury the wires and install a real outdoor lighting system your problems will be over. You won''t be sorry you did!
