Lutron dimming ballast help for electrical contractors.

I have a customer who wants a dimmable 4-bulb flourescent fixture installed inside of a stained-glass enclosure in her kitchen (mounted to the ceiling). I need a package that includes the fixture (4-bulb T8 or T12 40 watt (or close), 120V dimmer switch, and dimmable ballasts. I see the ballasts on your web site, as well as the controller. I don''t see the type of fixture to purchase, and would really like it all as a package if you sell it that way. Any ideas?(I''m an electrical contractor).
