Outdoor landscape lighting for ice skating rink.
I''m trying to install lights which we can use to illuminate our ice rink on the lake in the winter. They need to be installed on shore and be able to cover the rink which is about 50 feet from shore. There are some large oaks 25 ft in from shore and a boat house right next to the lake. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave
You could always install some METAL HALIDE POWER FLOODS in the trees to illuminate the skating area. I would recommend using the glare shield and mounting the lights as high as you can to spread the light across the lake.
Another option is more commercial looking, but will certainly provide higher levels of illumination. We have a full selection of COMMERCIAL POLE LIGHTS and FIXTURES.
