Lutron dual dimmer is a good solution for controlling two seperate light fixtures from one box.

Is a dual dimmer or one dimmer and regular switch available in a single gang style?thanks.

LUTRON only makes a DUAL DIMMER SWITCH for two devices. If you are looking for a dimer switch combination, you are out of luck. You can always enlarge the switch box to make room for another device.
