Replacing plastic clips for light rope on decks, patios, and structures.

we put up rope lighting all around our deck. Our deck faces the south and gets hot sun all day. The clips we used cracked and are falling apart. So the rope lighting is hanging in some places...What kind of clips can we use that will withstand the hot summer heat and the cold winter (we live in a northern state) We only turn the lights on in the summer. Please help! I cannot find designated OUTDOOR clips anywhere!Thank you for your help.

If the plastic clips failed, it is time to move on to more drastic measures. Go to the store and purchase a Arrow T75 (crown) staple gun. It will work fine to solve your problem. You may even be able to rent one or borrow one. Be careful not to hit any wires or light bulbs while stapling.

If you decide to just replace the clips we have many LIGHT ROPE ACCESSORIES to choose from.
