Commercial pole lights and parking lot lighting accessories.

I need to know what a certain kind of bracket is called. I have a 4 inch large pole that I need to get a 2 inch pole attached to. I have a picture of an existing setup but I cannot send it to you so you know what I'm talking about!plz get back to me and let me know if you can help.thanks
