Converting a 120-volt post top lantern to a 12-volt lighting system.

I am considering installing a lamp post light in my back garden. I currently have a 12 volt lighting system with spare capacity on the transformer and would like to know how/where I can obtain a 12 volt lamp post. Thank you.
