Will light rope work and be safe on the hand railing around a boat marina?

ROPE LIGHTING is a very inexpensive and effective way to illuminate railings on decks, stairways, walkways, and on railings around your boat marina. Incandescent LIGHT ROPE comes in several voltages such as 12-VOLT LIGHT ROPE, 24-VOLT LIGHT ROPE and 120-VOLT ROPE LIGHT.
