Outdoor Fountain Lights

Hello, I am working on a project that includes two water features. The first has a pool 22'' in diameter with a 6'' tall bronze statue on a 6'' diameter pedestal in the center. The second is 75'' long with bubblers and a raised center. Could you please provide me with a general idea of the the lighting requirements and cost for a project like this? Thank you
