Can you install a Lutron DV-603P multi switch dimmer in a loop with two halogen bulbs and three switches, the dimmer being one of the switches--the only one with a dimmer on it?

Yes, you can install a LUTRON DIMMER CONTROL on a four way switching system. Find the switch with only three wires and replace it with a three way dimmer. If your halogen lamps are low voltage, and have a transformer, you will need either a MAGNETIC DIMMER or ELECTRONIC DIMMER that matches your load.
