Commercial Outdoor Lighting, Exterior Light Wall Mount, Commercial Lighting & Dock Light

I own a medium sized strip center in a very dark area of town. Right now I only have a couple of halogen floods lighting the loading area. My tennants are complaining they need more light to feel safe at night. What do you have that is wall mounted and cost efficent to operate?
