Outdoor low voltage dimmers

Is there any way to include a dimmer in an outdoor low voltage lighting system? I am currently planning on a system with 12V Focus copper landscape lights and a stainless steel or fiberglass transformer.

Use a low-voltage magnetic dimmer by Lutron. This dimmer is placed on the 120V side of the transformer.
