12V rope lights

I want to place 12v rope lights on my steps. I'll need 3 lengths, 4' long each. End caps for each and a way to conect each length to the power cord. Can you advise what I need to order. Thank You.

I would buy 12' of 12 volt rope light with (3) live end connectors and (3) dead end covers.  You will also need a 12 volt transformer to power up the lights.  Keep in mind that you can cut the light rope only every two inches for it to work properly.
